The pub dates for all posts listed as before 2020 on this website are unreliable - I had to recreate the site twice, and don't even know the pub dates for the preference utilitarianism pieces (pre-2016, I think). The current hosting service and my old code is janky enough that it's more headache to fix the ones I (think) I know than correct them here. Those are:
